YMCA BURPEE CHALLENGE1000 BURPEES IN JULY
Burpees are an incredibly efficient full-body exercise that tone every major muscle group. Need help getting started? We've got just the thing for you! A 31-day burpee challenge for the month of July. This is open to all levels of fitness. You may modify the burpee.

We will be in a friendly competition with all the local YMCA’s to see how many members we can get to do this challenge. Let’s go!

Complete all 1000 burpees in July and purchase a T-shirt that shows everyone your huge accomplishment! You MUST join the challenge on the app and log your burpees.
This Challenge is FREE to members!
You may do variations of the burpee, modify the burpee, or intensify the burpee. Please ask an instructor if you need ideas, intensifications or modifications.
