Burnt TOAST is poetry, but not as you know it!
Join our host, Lewis Buxton, and an exciting line-up of national and local artists for an evening of poetry, spoken word, live performance and open mic.
This edition of TOAST features award-winning writer and poet Nina Mingya Powles, author of In the Hollow of the Wave, Magnolia and Small Bodies of Water, alongside poet and musician Antosh Wojcik, whose debut collection Suburban Locust will be published in autumn 2025.
At TOAST you will laugh, cry and find something you like (even if you don’t think you like poetry). A great night out for everyone!
