Led by Ross Thompson, Coach and Strategic Safeguarding Manager with over 16 years of experience supporting people through pressure and challenge, this session focuses on realistic approaches that help you protect your energy, rebuild motivation and move forward with greater clarity and balance.
This is not therapy or generic motivational advice. The session is practical, supportive and focused on strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
