About this Event

Please realize as an outdoor event guidelines are more relaxed at this time, however, Vaccines are recommended and masks are highly encouraged. Also in your seating choices as the Band Shell is very accommodating please attempt a 6-foot distance between families.

Do you have a friend that reminds you how willfully and wonderfully defiant you are in holding on to your dreams? Around them, you can’t be anything other than yourself. Equal parts purpose and passion wildly singing to the heart in a voice that is present and uncompromising.

We would like to be that friend. Join us for a day of serving that voice together, sharing a moment simple but without doubt or compromise. Through the compassionate generosity of local talents, take back a moment to recognize a deeper part of yourself. Share it with yourself, and then share it with others. The Burning Cicada Art and Music Picnic Festival Welcomes you to a day of dreaming awake together.
