The Burning Bowl invites us to release ourselves from the energy of thoughts, habits, feelings, and life situations that we have allowed to hold us back from living our highest potential and to welcome in all that we desire to create for ourselves, our families, our community and our world in the New Year. The ceremony includes music, meditation, visualization, and time for quite reflection as well as an opportunity to write down all that you desire to release and place it into the flame of the burning bowl so it may be transmuted and released. There is also time for visioning and setting down on paper what you choose to bring into your life in the coming year.
It is a powerful and empowering ceremony that is an outer expression of our inner desire for freedom and for living our best life.
