Opening Night Reception – Friday - April 10th 6:00pm-9:00pm
Hi Everyone,
The Thursday Night Sketch Group will be having an exhibition of sketches/paintings at the Burnham Park Yacht Club on April 10th Friday from 6-9pm. (this date will the Opening Night Reception) This will be our second year having an Exhibition at the Club. The Exhibition will feature sketches from a couple of our Thursday nights outings. Please join us at the Opening Night Reception as we would love support from the Chicago Chapter and Urban Sketchers alike. Bring your spouse, significant other or friends to help us celebrate the beautiful work that will be displayed. The work will incorporate the Club’s “vibe” It will be a fun night of gathering at the Club to view the work, chat with other sketchers and meet new friends all while enjoying the gorgeous views of the City’s Skyline.
There is a restaurant and bar if you choose to drink and eat. As we get closer to the date, I will provide the code to the gate for you to enter the parking lot which is free. This will be the only night that the public will be able to view the work as the club is private. I hope you can make it. It would be great to see you All.
