Burnaby Plant ID Workshop for Women's Health- October 25, 2025

Our Plant ID workshop will take you right into the heart of nature, where you'll learn about the abundance of the environment around you. Led by our foraging instructor who is also a herbalist and nutritionist, you'll learn to identify, harvest, and prepare a variety of wild plants. Immerse yourself in the beauty and wonder of the great outdoors and be ready for a day filled with new information. This workshop is a beginner level and we will not be covering fungi. This event is for educational purposes only and we will not be engaging in the act of foraging. Your ticket will include: 60-90 minutes of instruction and a PDF of the information discussed at the workshop and packaged herbal tea to take home.
