Come join us for a challenging workout!
Each week will be different and designed to test your body and mindset.
We will complete WODs from GORUCK Tribe, special monthly themed WODs and anything that will be challenging!
Everything is scalable to your level of fitness. The goal is to get started on the journey to becoming healthier and stronger, both physically and mentally.
Meet by the lacrosse fields at Bonnie Wenk. Most workouts will be completed at the fitness court or lacrosse fields.
Earn the Spearhead patch by being consistent in attendance and by giving your all out effort each time!
