April Fools reminds us how easily perception can be shaped by illusion — while the Full Moon illuminates what is real. This special gathering invites you to explore the stories and beliefs you’ve been wearing and consciously release what no longer serves.Under the light of April’s Full Moon, we gather for a transformative evening of yoga, reflection, and ritual. Create a symbolic mask, move with awareness, and participate in a fire ceremony to release limiting beliefs and return to clarity. Everyone will receive a crystal to anchor intention and support integration and to remind them of the clarity gained from this transformative ceremony.

Come gather on the Full moon and allow yourself to soak up the healing light this Moon has to offer! You’ll be guided through Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, a sequence of asanas or postures that cool you down and open you up to the Moon's magic plus other enchanting Moon practices. With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do!
5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.
There will be a releasing ceremony where we will be invited to write down what we no longer want in our lives and use the cleansing power of fire and sage to release it into the universe.
