Celebrate "Giving Tuesday" and start your December with fire in your heart - and under your feet. On December 2 at 7:20 AM, we take over Barry’s Philadelphia for a high-intensity interval workout benefiting the Stronger Hearts Foundation. All proceeds support the Stronger Hearts Foundation and our mission to fund CHD family support and lodging at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia! Get sweaty, push limits, make a difference.

What to Expect:

• A nearly 1-hour workout combining treadmill, weights, and cardio work
• Social time and light post-workout refreshments
• A fun, welcoming environment open to people of any fitness level!
• 100% of proceeds benefiting families impacted by CHD at CHOP
