Here's a preview of what makes up the Commit2Fit Challenge. Each day over three weeks, there will be a single exercise you will perform. As the challenge continues and you become stronger, you will add more weight or increase your reps during "Intermissions" in Camp. The challenge exercises will be performed on the following days of the week:
• Monday – Hex Press
• Tuesday – Single Dumbbell Swing
• Wednesday – Dumbbell Straddle Lift
• Thursday – Double Unders
• Friday – Alternating 1-Arm Snatch
