Saturday, November 8th – we’re taking over Oak Hill Social with a Rumble Burn & Brunch that’s all about speed, power, and serious sweat!
Forty-five minutes of boxing-inspired HIIT; think lightning-fast combos, killer core work, fighter footwork, and explosive plyo moves! No bags, no gloves - just your body, the beat, and a coach who won’t let you quit!
