Step into the spell of Burn & Bloom, an electrifying somatic yoga experience that invites you to connect with your body.
Burn & Bloom incorporates high intensity cardio bursts with yoga poses and stretching. Feel the music as you explore your own power under the black lights to release tension, build strength, and unleash your inner flame.
This event will feature black lights, body paint and a spooky cocktail and n/a menu as well as a prize for the best Halloween outfit.
Doors open an hour before class!
