Burgundy and More Wine Dinner at La Côte D'Or Café

In celebration of Bastille Day, you are invited to a wine tasting dinner at Arlington’s La Côte D'Or Café. At this event, Ed Addiss of Wine Traditions will present six prestigious French wines from Champagne, Burgundy, and beyond. The wines will be expertly paired with a menu created by La Côte D'Or’s award-winning chef, Jacques Imperato! Details about the menu and wines are below.

Due to high demand and limited seating, two nights are being offered with the same great menu and wines. While space is available, you can reserve either Wednesday, July 17th or Thursday, July 18th. You will also have the opportunity to order the wines at special discounted prices from Arrowine!

About this event:

When: Wednesday, July 17th from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. -or-

Thursday, July 18th from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Where: La Côte D'Or Café, 6876 Langston Boulevard (formerly Lee Highway), Arlington, VA 22213

Cost: $145 per person. Price includes tax and gratuity.

Details: At this event, you will enjoy a menu prepared specially for this event by La Côte D'Or Café’s famed Chef Jacques Imperato. Each course will be expertly paired with one or two French wines selected and presented by Ed Addiss of Wine Traditions!

About Ed Addiss: Ed, together with his wife Barbara Selig, founded Wine Traditions, a local importing company, in 1996. Wine Traditions has grown and is a nationally important supplier of high quality, high value, traditionally-styled wines from important French wine regions.

First Course:

Potato chip, leek, mushroom, smoked salmon, crispy Italian parsley

Wine: (Champagne) NV Fresne-Ducret “Arquemie No. 2” Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne Extra Brut

Second Course:

Dover sole filets Meuniere, lemon butter sauce, gnocchi Parisian

Wines: Two white Burgundies (Chardonnay)

2022 Domaine Patrick Giboulot Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc “La Morand”

Third Course:

Grilled Beef Bavette steak “Grand-Mère” red wine sauce, bacon, mushroom, pearls onions
