BuonDee, a fusion of "good" in Italian and Thai, marks a rebranding initiative from last year's Italian Wine Appreciation Club. The project's primary objective is to promote Italian food and beverage etiquette in Thailand, elevating the overall experience for participants.
In collaboration with Cirio Thailand, Pasta Garofalo, EWTA Online, and KCG Corporation. In this episode, we are delighted to welcome Chef Francesco Deiana, Chef Partner & Co-Founder of La Dotta Pasta Bar & Restaurant as our cooking demonstrator. To create a wonderful experience for our guests, Chef Francesco will use tomato products from Cirio and fresh pasta from Garofalo as ingredients to make amazing and appetizing pasta dishes.
