Bunny Mat Pilates

Pilates is designed to increase strength and core endurance as well as improve mobility. This class is for all levels of fitness and will be as hard as you want to make it based on personal modifications and progressions available throughout the class. Plus bunnies!

Daria Rahimian-Lending will be leading the class and has over 10 years of Pilates experience. She uses Pilates to better her balance & coordination as well improve her mental, physical, and emotional health and wants you to gain these same benefits from her class.

All abilities are welcome (ages 8+). Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 9AM. Mats will be provided. No additional equipment is needed. Time will be left at the end of class to interact with the bunnies, feed them cilantro and take some cute pics.

Please note: A minimum of 6 attendees are required for this class to proceed as planned. Thank you in advance for understanding that no refunds/reschedules can be made for any reason with less than 24 hours advance notice.
