Hunter River Community School is a School for Specific Purposes (SSP). All of the
students who attend HRCS have significant and complex disabilities
A percentage of our students have complex medical conditions and almost 70% of
our students have very limited verbal skills and are non-speaking. They use a
diverse range of communication supports
