Perfect for all fitness levels, Bungee Fly & Fit offers a fun, gravity-defying experience that boosts endurance and muscle tone while making exercise feel like play. Please wear leggings or bikes shorts and shirt that covers your midsection to be most comfortable in bungee harness.
