The legend tells that Maan Tomu was created from the dusts of our current planet (Earth) by The Great Spirit of The Music. The Great Spirit of The Music had a task for Maan Tomu: spread the joy and carry on the spirit of The Great Spirit of The Music. After emptying their pints of that good ol’ blues-based heavy rock elixir from The Well of The Classics of Rock ’n Roll, the original power trio-form of Maan Tomu soon progressed into it’s current five-piece-form adding a winds and percussions section. The ways of The Music are endless and mysterious, and you never know where they will take you, but according to an old manuscript, that elixir from The Well of The Classics of Rock ’n Roll never stops flowing in the veins of Maan Tomu - they are marinated in it for life. An excerpt from the manuscript describes Maan Tomu with the following lines: While the endless guitar solo not-so-gently weeps, the drums keep beating to the ancient beat of the heart of the planet with the rumbling of the bass lifting up mountains and canyons where the flute, the trumpet and other winds can blow and flow in natural harmony. Documentarists have been working hard trying to capture the untamed music of Maan Tomu, but so far only shaky and shady YouTube clips exist next to clips of the Big Foot and UFO sightings.Showtime klo 22.00.
