BUM!!: A Christmas Carol

Get ready for an afternoon of holiday cheer at The Elbo Room, of Jack London! Rapper and singer-songwriter Isaiah Clark, also known as myself, brings two albums, the cinematic "LUNA, SOLE" and the enigmatic "FROM WHEN I WAS WORSE", written, produced, mixed and performed entirely by myself from the homeless shelter I've resided at for the last two years.

Inspired by conscious hip-hop, the golden-age r&b/rap of the 90's, folktronica and all rock via the 60's/70's counterculture, I combine classy, old soul sensibilities with the dysfunctional progressivism of Generation Z to bring you something new and familiar. Precisely pop, randomly retro, and absolutely-goddamned avant-garde, I'd tell the records that I'm the greatest rapper in the Bay Area. Between you and I... it's irrelevant. I'm hear to raise hope and happiness, at the best bar in Oakland: that's my thank you to life.
