Join us at Master Khechen’s Martial Arts Amherst for a fun and empowering workshop that teaches kids how to stay confident, stand tall, and handle bullying situations the right way.Date: Saturday, October 11th

In this workshop, your child will learn:
• How to recognize and respond to bullying
• How to use confident body language and voice
• Basic self-defense techniques for safety
• Hands-on practice in a positive, supportive setting
This event is open to all kids in the community. No experience needed. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
