About this Event

Vitality Fitness / Crossfit CNTRVL present: Bulls In The Box

This isn't just a competition. It's a celebration of fitness - a full day event where you and your partner push each other, cheer each other on, and walk away proud of what you accomplished together.

Whether you've been training for 6 months or 6 years, there's a division for you. We designed this event so that everyday gym-goers cam compete alongside serious athletes - all on the same turf, the same day, in the same electric atmosphere.


What to expect


WOD 1:

"By the Horns" - 8 min AMRAP

Intermediate

Synchro Devil Presses (35/20)

2-4-6-8-10...etc

Toes to Bar (split as desired)

Hanging Knee Raises (split as desired)


WOD 2:

"Buckin Bull" - 12 min. Time Cap

3 Rounds for time. Split ALL movements as desired

"El Toro"

You Go I Go Style. 3 rounds each - 2 min work then switch.

Workout 1 Demo (15 minutes before first heat).

8:00 AM
Workout 1 Begins,

Waves will run throughout the morning.
5–7 minute break between waves.
Waves continue until all athletes have completed Workout 1.

After Workout 1 Is Complete,
Workout 2 Demo β€” begins 15 minutes after the final WOD 1 heat finishes,

Workout 2 Begins.
Waves run with the same 5–7 minute breaks between heats.

After Workout 2 Is Complete,
Workout 3 Demo β€” begins 15 minutes after the final WOD 2 heat finishes,

Workout 3 Begins.
Waves run with the same 5–7 minute breaks between heats.

Tie-Breaker (If Needed)
In the event of a tie, a 4th and final tie-break workout will be held.

Awards Ceremony:
Awards will take place once all scores are finalized.
