Athlete check-in begins.

7:45 AM
Workout 1 Demo (15 minutes before first heat).

8:00 AM
Workout 1 Begins,

Waves will run throughout the morning.
5–7 minute break between waves.
Waves continue until all athletes have completed Workout 1.

After Workout 1 Is Complete,
Workout 2 Demo — begins 15 minutes after the final WOD 1 heat finishes,

Workout 2 Begins.
Waves run with the same 5–7 minute breaks between heats.

After Workout 2 Is Complete,
Workout 3 Demo — begins 15 minutes after the final WOD 2 heat finishes,

Workout 3 Begins.
Waves run with the same 5–7 minute breaks between heats.

Tie-Breaker (If Needed)
In the event of a tie, a 4th and final tie-break workout will be held.

Awards Ceremony:
Awards will take place once all scores are finalized.
