Then, from out of Williamsburg Brooklyn via Germany, France and London bursts Electroclash! Rude, punk attitude smashed together with synth pop keyboards. Indie-Dance followed closely after as artists 'sold [they're] turntables and bought guitars' adapting the 70's, 80's post punk aesthetic fused with catchy guitar rhythms and lyrics to add a 'sing-a-long' aspect. An era which produced legendary tunes still rocking dance floors today. Bloghouse stand-outs like Justice, Crystal Castles, Boys Noize and more were birthed from all that came before- produced + remixed primarily in home studios then shared by online blogs.
