Red Clay Gypsies live band shows are high energy with an unapologetic fun loving party vibe that is always entertaining.
Their original music is stellar & they bring the heat with their Country/Rock/Blues sound.
Fueled by larger than life performances, honed tight from countless nights on the stage, with searing guitar solos, scaling heights of musicianship and powerhouse vocals. You can expect a concert performance at every show.
It was the fall of 2017 that drummer, Nonie Taliaferro, and longtime friend, multi talented singer, songwriter, powerhouse Vocalist, Telina Rudd, started the search for musicians to join the Oklahoma band. Telina, no stranger to the stage, opening for The Judd’s and John Conley, fronting several bands, winner of many singing competitions, a local star with a huge southern Oklahoma and north Texas following. It was a no brainer, Telina, would front the band. After going through a few band members, Red Clay Gypsies, found the perfect fit like a glove, country fried, rock & roll guitarist, Brian Davis. Telina, suggested bass guitarist, Jason Bamburg. Telina, was very aware few could match Jason’s effortless blend of flawless bass guitar timing and grooving, always bold and exciting.
The band is presently in the studio working on their First EP to be released fall of 2021.
Red Clay Gypsies has evolved as they’ve soaked up life’s experiences. Camaraderie and creativity has made this band what it is today.
Red Clay Gypsies is here and now, rooted in friendship, grounded in dedication to deliver the music the fans love to hear!
