Built to Run Without You is two days of working sessions for founders of established businesses who are done being the bottleneck. Not a conference. Not a speaker parade. You'll work on your actual business, out loud, at the tables, alongside a capped room of vetted founders.
What you'll walk out with
A named answer to where you are the bottleneck in your business and what to fix first. Compensation and accountability structures for the leadership team that runs the company without you, built so they don't drain your cash flow. Working models from founders already living it, because you've heard people describe the destination – this is seeing the map from people who already drove there.
Who's in the room
Matthew Gelfand, who built his company and sold it to Smith & Wesson for $100 million. Kip Dodson, serial entrepreneur and former Disney Imagineer. Ali Hemyari, serial entrepreneur, author, and pilot. They're not keynoting – they're sitting in fireside conversations for two days, answering your questions.
Your hosts: The Real Jason Duncan, founder of The Exiter Club™, author of Exit Without Exiting, and creator of The XOS Method™; and Robert Hartline, Certified EOS Implementer, founder of CallProof, builder of Absolute Wireless (sold to T-Mobile), and owner of Music City Work Club, where the event takes place. The Exiter Club advisory team is in the room both days, inclduing a CPA, an investment banker, and a wealth manager.
Schedule
Tuesday, September 15: registration and lunch at 11 AM, working sessions noon to 6 PM, group dinner at 7 PM. Wednesday, September 16: breakfast at 8 AM, sessions 9 AM to noon, lunch, afternoon session 1 to 5 PM.
Your ticket covers two seats. Bring your business partner, spouse, or a key team member from your company. All meals listed above are included.
