Built to Last – Annual Summer International Business Networking Reception
About this Event
For the fourteenth consecutive year, the British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, in collaboration with GACC Philadelphia and other bilateral chambers, invite you to join the region’s international business community for its Annual Summer International Business Networking event, Built to Last.
This year’s program will focus on healthcare innovation, examining not only the clinical advancements driving longer and healthier lives, but also the social and environmental factors that influence overall well-being. As Greater Philadelphia continues to be recognized as a global hub for life sciences, the event will highlight breakthroughs in medical research from our member companies, alongside contributions from leading regional and transatlantic partners.
We will also explore how the built environment and design contribute to health outcomes. From hospital architecture that supports recovery to community spaces that foster mental and social well-being, these elements play an important role in shaping healthier and more resilient populations. Through an international lens, the program will broadly focus on how collaboration between the United States, the United Kingdom, and the international community is advancing a combined clinical approach to healthcare; one that integrates scientific innovation with human-centered design.
A significant portion of the proceeds will support Ronald McDonald House Charities, helping children and their families facing serious illness in the United States and the United Kingdom.
