Whether you’re starting a business, growing an existing venture, or exploring a new idea, this hands-on workshop will help you clarify your business model using one of the world’s most widely used entrepreneurial planning tools.Together, we’ll work through each of the nine components of the Business Model Canvas while you apply them directly to your own idea.You’ll leave with:

• Greater clarity about your business concept
• Practical next steps for moving your idea forward
