About this Event
A smart, supportive fitness class to help you move, feel and live better – at any stage of life.
Built for Life is a circuit class focused on strength and functional fitness. This is not a HIIT or cardio based class.
Wednesdays 12.30pm at The Ringway Centre (Eric Richards Hall - 268 Baring Road), SE12 0DS. Limited spots available each week!
- Improve your strength, bone density, joint health, mobility, health and happiness!
- Adaptions made to ensure the class is suitable for all genders, ages, abilities and bodies
- All fitness equipment provided – just bring yourself
- Free parking on Baring Road (next to the park)
- Don’t let childcare be a barrier to improving your health – children/babies can be brought along
- Exercising in nature is brilliant for your wellbeing
