About Supreet Deshpande

Supreet Deshpande is co-founder & CEO of Synthio Labs, a Bay Area startup building agentic and voice AI products to reimagine pharma go-to-market, backed by Y Combinator, Elevation Capital, Peak XV and other investors.

He is a seasoned leader with over a decade at the intersection of AI/ML and life sciences, delivering AI solutions across the pharmaceutical value chain. Before founding Synthio, he led "Gen AI for Life Sciences" initiatives at McKinsey (following earlier experience at ZS Associates), where he worked with many of the top 20 pharma companies and biotechs to design and implement AI applications spanning commercial, medical affairs, and patient support. He has been featured on CNBC-TV18, and Synthio's work has been covered by the Wall Street Journal and Forbes, among others.

Supreet is on a mission to redefine pharma commercialization. He believes that advancing healthcare isn't just about discovering new treatments — it's about making sure those treatments actually reach and support the people who need them: physicians and patients.

About Josh Walsh

Josh Walsh is co-founder and chief executive officer of BranchLab, the company behind Pathwai™, the first semantic activation platform for healthcare commercialization. He leads the organization’s strategic and product vision, focused on helping healthcare organizations turn complex health, commercial and demographic data into governed audience intelligence.

Prior to BranchLab, Josh co-founded AdTheorent, building the company from startup through its initial public offering in 2021. Throughout his career, he has focused on applying artificial intelligence to complex commercial challenges at enterprise scale.

About Ferry Tamtoro

Ferry Tamtoro is the CEO and co-founder of Revisto, an AI-powered platform that helps life sciences companies move promotional materials through medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review faster and with less risk. He has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of healthcare and technology, across large pharma and medtech companies where he experienced the MLR review bottleneck up close. He later co-founded BrightInsight, a global platform for regulated digital health solutions, before starting Revisto to solve the review problem directly.
