BUILDING RESILIENT PARENTSJoin us for this FREE 8-week program at the Torrance-South Bay YMCA that utilizes evidence-based techniques to empower parents and caregivers of children ages 12 and under with the tools to strengthen their emotional resilience, mental health, and parenting skills.
In this program, you will learn to:
- Identify personal triggers & recognize emotional patterns in your children
- Apply positive parenting strategies including effective discipline & behavior management
- Build healthy coping skills & practice guilt-free self-care
- Support your child's emotional intelligence & development
This free program is for any parent who wants to show up more confidently for their family and create positive, lasting change at home.
