Building Relationships Workshop
Aimed at both individuals and couples, this half-day’ workshop provides insights into your relationship patterns, and provides tools to help you improve your relationships in your personal life with your partner, children, family, friends and in the working world.
If you are currently not in a relationship, the personal insights and tools gained will give you a good grounding for understanding yourself and your role in past and future relationships
By doing the workshop, you will gain insights to questions such as:
-Why do we fall in love with the people/person that we do?
-How do you transform destructive conflict into creative connection?
-Is it ever too late to save a relationship?
-How do you work through the bad patches?
-What core issues do all couples face?
-Defensive behaviours and reactivity.
-What happens when you're in the "Power struggle" phase.
-How you find ways of 'coping' vs. dealing with issues.
-The Relationship Cycle.
