About this Event
Ready to drive real change?
Join U.S. CF Foundation Quality Improvement (QI) Specialists for a dynamic, hands-on training that makes QI concepts and tools easy to understand and apply.
Using the Model for Improvement, you’ll learn how to plan, test, and sustain changes that improve processes and outcomes in your program. Discover proven strategies for leading and facilitating a QI project—and leave with practical, step-by-step skills you can use right away.
All roles and experience levels are welcome. No QI background required—just bring your curiosity and commitment to improvement.
This interactive pre-conference workshop brings together multidisciplinary CF clinicians & researchers to strengthen practical application of quality improvement (QI) and implementation science in cystic fibrosis (CF) care. Participants will engage in real-world case studies, collaborative activities, and co-design exercises to identify local priorities, enhance consumer partnership, and develop practical approaches that can be integrated into everyday clinical workflows.
Designed for physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, researchers, and healthcare leaders, the workshop aims to strengthen capability across Australian CF services to deliver more consistent, equitable, and patient-centred care.
Refreshments included in your ticket.
