Welcome to Building Healthy Communities - Orland and Frankfort Townships event! Join us in front of the Bird Haven Greenhouse & Conservatory at 12-noon for a hike and/or 1pm for a potluck lunch.
Potluck guidelines:
- Bring a dish that is free of animal products (meat, poultry, pork, fish, dairy).
- Focus on whole foods like beans/legumes, fruits, vegetables, and grains.
- Use minimal salt and no oil.
- Share the recipe or a link to it with others.
- Bring a chair and a small table for your shareable dish
- Bring your own beverage to drink
- Plates, napkins and silverware will be provided
