Building Grit in Youth: A Capacity for Growth Mindset, Elementary Grades

This session focuses on the importance of building grit and resiliency in our students. We will learn to shift our mindset to look for progress from our students instead of focusing on the outcomes. We will spend time building out developmentally appropriate activities to encourage growth mindset in our classrooms. 

Participants will leave this session with: 

• An understanding of the importance of developing growth mindset 

• Various activities to teach grit in their program 

• Additional resources
