BUILDING DEEPER CONNECTIONS WORKSHOP
A 2-hour workshop on 📅 May 3 | ⏰ 2–4 PM to help you create real, meaningful connections that will improve your friendships and partnerships.
Feel like your conversations stay surface-level? Do you have a hard time sharing that your friend hurt you by saying or doing something?
Or that making (and keeping) close friends as an adult is harder than it should be?
You’re not alone — and you’re not the problem.
Join Aly Vredenburgh (WeBelong Institute) and Licensed Therapist Natalie Campbell, MSW, LCSW for an interactive workshop where you’ll learn practical, research-backed skills to build deeper, more fulfilling relationships.
You’ll learn how to:
• Move beyond small talk
• Build trust without feeling awkward
• Strengthen existing friendships
• Cultivate deeper intimacy with romantic partner
• Create more genuine connection in your life
• Make new friend with other participants who want more authentic connection
• Learn what works and doesn't work in relationships based on research by expert couples therapists John & Julie Gottman
This is not a lecture — you’ll actually practice these skills in a supportive space.
