This workshop is designed for those seeking growth, realignment of Self, organization of creative chaos, or just some stimulus or inspiration.

Introduction:

A light opening meditation and intention setting.

Part 1:

Guided through the creation of your Life Map of Self, which is the foundational reference to use for a longer period of time. This is based on your core identity including your name(s), lineage, character, strengths, definitions of success, and key mottos/mantras to life.

Part 2:

After a transition with some musical and inpirational recordings, participants will begin to create their personalized Success Mindset Map and learn about growth mindset, organizing priorities, diversity thinking, and how your gifts can be fully expressed.

This section is more flexible, based on a few templates to choose from. Various coloured paper and pencils/markers are available for your best creative expression.

This workshop will help you develop a system to help clear your mind, redefine how to approach hobbies/interests, ground your intentions, grow accountability, and learn how to regularly check-in with your journey of discovery and progress.

We will be working in the present for the potential future, so there is greater chance to experience a successful reality.
