This 3-week interactive group is designed for neurodivergent young adults (18+) who want to build confidence, improve communication, and feel more comfortable in relationships.

Using structured LEGO-based activities, participants will engage in hands-on experiences that make learning social skills feel natural, not forced.

In this group, you will:

  • Practice communication skills in a low-pressure environment
  • Build confidence in social interactions
  • Improve understanding of others' perspectives
  • Explore boundaries and relationships
