Building Bridges Event

This event is a partnership between the School District of Rhinelander and the North Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, designed to connect educators, students, and parents with the workforce in Oneida County, specifically in the Rhinelander region. We are working together to help high school students from 5 different school districts become college, career, and life ready.

What to Expect Employees from local businesses will participate in student-led, small group career discussions. You'll have the opportunity to share your personal career journey and day-to-day experiences with students and parents. We encourage employees from all career levels—from CEO to entry-level—and from all 16 career clusters to attend.

Careers on Wheels We will also be hosting an outdoor Careers on Wheels event for our high school students, offering them a hands-on learning experience with different career options.

• Location: Rhinelander High School

Important Information

• Registration Deadline: Please complete the registration form by September 18.
• Availability: There will be two discussion sessions, and you can indicate your availability on the registration form.
• Limited Space: Attendance is limited and will be confirmed by October 1. Preference is given to businesses involved in Rhinelander Partners in Education (PIE), internships, job shadows, and company tours.
• Cost: There is no cost to register or attend.
• Food: Food and refreshments will be provided by Rhinelander High School culinary students.
• More Details: A detailed agenda and additional information will be sent to all registered attendees.
