Welcome back to Building Bridges! I believe this Anatomy of Trust workshop has the power to help you strengthen relationships and more effectively accomplish your mission-driven work .

Have you ever felt something shift in a relationship, but couldn’t quite name what changed?

A missed follow-through. A conversation avoided. A boundary crossed. A story you started telling yourself. Most of us know what broken trust feels like, but we rarely have the language to understand what actually happened.

In this powerful and practical workshop, Alex Cutini explores Brené Brown’s BRAVING framework, a clear and deeply human way to understand how trust is built, broken, repaired, and sustained.

Through storytelling, reflection, and real-life tools, participants will explore the seven elements that together shape trust in every relationship we care about, and discover how even small shifts can strengthen connection or quietly erode it.

Once you can name what trust is made of, you can begin to rebuild it.
