A panel will explore practical approaches to building AI-enhanced marketing and business development teams with real-world examples.
About this Event

Marketing and business development teams are being asked to do more than ever before. Whether in nonprofit organizations or small and mid-sized businesses, lean teams are expected to elevate their brand, strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships, generate revenue,  support leadership, and produce compelling content while operating with limited staff and budgets.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is creating a new opportunity to rethink how these teams work. Beyond using AI to generate content, organizations can build AI-enhanced workflows and specialized agents that augment human expertise, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate execution, and free staff to focus on strategy, creativity, and relationship building.

This panel will explore practical approaches to building AI-enhanced marketing and business development teams through real-world case studies and demonstrations. Panelists will discuss where AI delivers meaningful value today, how organizations are implementing AI responsibly, and how small teams can create scalable systems that increase both capacity and effectiveness without sacrificing quality, brand integrity, or the human touch.

Attendees will learn:
  • How to identify high-impact opportunities for AI within marketing and business development workflows.
  • Practical examples of AI agents and automated workflows that improve productivity and execution.
  • Strategies for augmenting human expertise to strengthen marketing effectiveness.
  • Best practices for implementing AI responsibly while maintaining brand voice, quality, and stakeholder trust.
  • A practical roadmap for getting started, regardless of team size or AI maturity.

Whether you're leading a nonprofit communications team, managing marketing for a growing business, or exploring ways to increase organizational capacity, you'll leave with actionable ideas and real-world examples you can begin applying immediately.
