Kunal Madhok is an experienced executive with a strong background in data, analytics, and consumer engagement across several leading financial institutions. Currently serving as EVP and Head of Artificial Intelligence, Consumer Banking and Lending at Wells Fargo, Kunal drives business growth through advanced analytics in various banking sectors. Previous roles at Wells Fargo include leadership in consumer growth and engagement strategies, and interim oversight of customer experience initiatives. Prior to Wells Fargo, Kunal held key positions at American Express, JPMorgan Chase & Co., The Boston Consulting Group, HSBC, and Capital One Financial Services, focusing on lending innovation and strategic planning. Kunal holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
