An interactive and collaborative workshop focused on brand and positioning strategy specifically designed for women working in STEM.
About this Event

As we approach the end of the year, it's an excellent opportunity to start planning for the year ahead.

About the Workshop

A safe, welcoming and collaborative space, empowering women in early-stage and scaling startups within tech, biotech, or engineering to build a brand and positioning strategy that enhances their competitive edge, facilitates growth and aligns with their evolving customer base and market presence.

Outcomes:

  1. Equip your business with practical strategies to scale.
  2. Identify key growth goals across multiple business areas.
  3. Align your purpose and vision with commercial success.
  4. Create a clear, differentiated positioning and brand strategy that aligns with your target audience, core values, and competitive strengths.
  5. Create a messaging framework that ensures consistency as you scale across markets, channels, and touchpoints.

Participants will collaborate and share their experiences, knowledge, and expertise to generate ideas and align strategies with their business objectives.

During the workshop, you will:-

  • Evaluate your brand and positioning, and determine where you are now and where you want to be.
  • Consider what success looks like and how you will achieve it.
  • Collaborate and share ideas, strategies and frameworks that have worked well
  • Discuss any failures, why it's essential to fail and how to optimise success from failure
  • Discuss any barriers, limitations or problems faced when implementing a strategy.
  • Develop short- and long-term action plans for implementation within your organisation.
  • Share your action plans with the group and receive practical feedback.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear roadmap for implementing your brand and positioning strategies and measuring their success as you scale your business.
