About this Event
Join us at the home of Justin & Tina Franklin for a casual meal and live music in support of Roscoe Township Historical Society’s work to restore the historic Cross Homestead, creating space to build community around all of Roscoe’s history.
The Cross homestead will be a focal point of Roscoe Township's new 17-acre Founders Park development and will serve as the home for the historical society. It was built circa 1841 by Roscoe’s first non-native settlers, Robert and Hannah Cross. Your help in meeting our $30,000 fundraising goal will enable us to complete a community meeting space in the building annex, which is essential for all our other work.
The event will have outdoor “Ravinia” style seating. Bring a lawnchair and we'll provide everything else.
If you can't make it, you can still help today by clicking here. When you use this link 100% of your contribution will go towards building a home for our history.
Fred & Ginger will perform from 5-7pm. The silent auction will close at 7:15 with winners announced shortly after. The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of rain, indoor and under tent seating will be available.
