Her career spans diverse industries and geographies, from dynamic startup scenes (eatplanted, Stop The Water While Using Me, JLS Digital) to large international corporations (Philips, Heineken, Swisscom) and boutique consultancies across Zurich, Amsterdam, and Hamburg. Michelle has a proven track record of fostering individual growth alongside leaders, building high-performance teams, and cultivating cultures of excellence that drive sustainable business success.

Her expertise in international marketing and business development was honed after obtaining her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), a renowned business school in Switzerland.
