About this Event

This event is for future mentees, mentors, volunteers, alumni, and industry partners who want to learn more about the upcoming BuildHER program year and ways to get involved.

BuildHER is Girls Can Build’s annual mentorship and career development program for young women interested in construction, AEC, development, and related career paths. Throughout the program year, mentees have the opportunity to connect with mentors, attend industry events, build professional skills, visit offices and jobsites, and gain real exposure to different career paths within the industry.

At the Open House, guests will have the opportunity to meet the Girls Can Build team, learn how the program works, connect with mentors and alumni, ask questions, and get a better understanding of what the 2026 to 2027 program year will look like.

Whether you are interested in joining as a mentee, supporting as a mentor, volunteering your time, or staying connected as an industry partner, this is a great opportunity to learn more before the program year officially begins.
