Build your own Wooden Handcart!
About this Event
In this family-friendly workshop, you will turn a simple wooden box into a small pull handcart. No special skills are needed, and the workshop is open to families with children aged 6 and older as well as adults. Together we build, learn simple mechanisms, enjoy screen‑free time, and experience sustainability and creativity in a practical and playful way.
You can find the Kiezwerkstatt Inselhandwerk in the skyscraper at Fischerinsel 6, 10179 Berlin. The entrance is on the ground floor, directly to the right of the building’s main entrance. Participation is free.The workshop will take place in German and English.

The wooden boxes come from our project “300 Holzkisten!”, funded by Stiftung Naturschutz Berlin , and all additional materials and tools will be available on site.
