“Build your own” Focaccia Class

I have secured a room for us to build our own focaccia masterpieces! 🎄. You can copy some examples of Christmas trees or get creative and make whatever your heart desires. The class can hold 20 people, if I get 20 signed up I’ll open another event page for a later class, same day. I will provide everything you need to make this beautiful focaccia bread that you can take and bake in the comfort of your home. These will freeze great par baked, so you can pull it out for a holiday party whenever you’re ready and bake it right before. Everyone loves fresh bread ! I use local flour grown in Lodi, and will have fresh and dehydrated veggies available for decorating with. There is a big holiday vendor event with lots of local vendors to shop before and after the class inside the building.
Unfortunately this isn’t a handicap accessible event. There are stairs you will have to climb ( just one set) due to the elevator not being installed until the following month.
