An in-person workshop for clarity over your health and connection
Your health story lives in many places — portals, emails, letters, old vaccine books, clinic notes, apps, memories. This session helps you bring it all together.
Whether you’re managing a long-term condition, trying to make sense of new symptoms, adjusting to a new healthcare system, or supporting someone else, this space is for you.
We’ll guide you through building your Digital Health Twin — a personal, organized view of your health that helps you make informed choices and feel in control.
No judgement. No jargon. Just honest conversation, practical tools, and shared insight.
Bring your questions, your notes, or simply yourself. We’ll begin from wherever you are.
Facilitated by Maria Sergeeva, patient advocate across four countries, clinical psychologist specialised in ADHD, autism, eating disorders and addictions, and a certified sex therapist.
Co-facilitated by you, because lived experience and collective wisdom are what truly helps us move forward.
