Three working hours at Serendipity Labs. Bring your laptop and a real project — you'll leave with your own system in place, not just notes about one. Together we'll walk through the full setup: a working protocol that holds your standards, a project structure that carries context across chats, and the habits that make Claude consistent instead of hit-or-miss. The session includes one-on-one time, so the setup fits your business, not a generic template.

This is a build session, not a lecture. Come prepared to work.

Requires a laptop and existing familiarity with Claude. Seats are limited to keep the one-on-one time meaningful.
