Course Overview

Self-Confidence for Teens helps young individuals develop a positive mindset, strengthen self-awareness, and build resilience. This course focuses on effective communication, goal setting, handling peer pressure, and overcoming fear and failure. By the end, teens will have practical tools to express themselves confidently, improve relationships, and cultivate long-term self-confidence habits.
